Founder Bio — Nick Lourenço
Nick Lourenco is the founder of Overtop Global Collective
Nick is a multilingual global professional whose life and work span the United States, Latin America, and Europe. After years of navigating different cultures, languages, and professional worlds, he recognized a gap: millions of people were living internationally, but very few platforms truly reflected their experiences.
He created Overtop to give immigrants, diaspora communities, and globally mobile professionals a place to be seen, heard, and connected — not just through content, but through real-world conversations and global gatherings.
Nick hosts the Overtop Podcast in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and leads Overtop Live Podcast Nights, Global Living Workshops, and the annual Overtop International Living Summit.
His work sits at the intersection of media, culture, and global mobility — helping people build meaningful lives across borders.
